1. What services does StudyLine Consultancy offer?
StudyLine provides end-to-end services for students looking to study abroad. Our services include academic counseling, school selection, application assistance, visa guidance, scholarship advice, flight booking support, and post-arrival orientation.
2. Which countries do you work with?
We currently support student applications to Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Poland, Ireland, Germany, Hungary, France, and more. We also work with foundation and pathway colleges for students who need a flexible entry route.
3. How much does it cost to use StudyLine’s services?
Our consultation is usually free, but application processing, document review, and visa services may attract a service charge, depending on the destination and complexity of the case. We always discuss fees upfront — no hidden charges.
4. Can I pay my tuition in installments?
Yes. Most institutions we work with offer installment payment options. Some allow you to pay a deposit first (e.g., 20–50%) and the balance later. However, full payment before visa application may be required for certain countries.
5. Can StudyLine help me secure scholarships?
Absolutely. We help eligible students apply for merit-based, country-specific, or course-specific scholarships. Some scholarships are automatic based on GPA; others require a separate application and personal statement.
6. I don’t have a high GPA. Can I still study abroad?
Yes. Even with a low CGPA (e.g., Second Class Lower or HND), we can help you find schools with foundation, pre-master’s, or bridging programs. There are options for almost every academic background.
7. Do I need IELTS or TOEFL?
Not always. Some schools waive English tests if you have a WAEC result with a credit in English or if you’re from an English-speaking country. However, for some visa applications (especially the UK and Canada), proof of English proficiency may be required.
8. Can you help me with visa applications even if I applied to the school myself?
Yes. We offer standalone visa assistance for students who already have an offer or CAS letter but need professional guidance to prepare a strong visa application. Our team reviews documents, drafts SOPs, and prepares you for interviews.
9. How long does it take to process an application?
Timelines vary by country and institution. On average: Offer letter: 1–4 weeks, Visa decision: 3–8 weeks, Overall process: 2–5 months from start to finish (including document gathering, tuition payment, biometrics, etc.)
10. Can I bring my spouse or children?
Some countries (like Canada and the UK) allow students to bring dependents if enrolled in postgraduate programs. We guide students on eligibility, documentation, and timelines for dependent visa applications.
11. Do you work with students outside Nigeria?
Yes. While our headquarters is in Nigeria, we serve clients across Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, UAE, the UK, and more. All our services can be delivered virtually via Zoom, email, and WhatsApp.
12. What happens if my visa is refused?
If your visa is refused, we review the refusal reasons and recommend the best next step. We may: Appeal or request reconsideration (if allowed), Re-apply with stronger documentation, Advise alternative routes or countries. We also offer free post-refusal consultations for existing clients.
13. What are your working hours?
We are available Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm WAT. For international clients or emergencies, appointments can be booked outside regular hours.
14. Can StudyLine help with accommodation and airport pickup?
Yes. We assist students with housing search, pre-departure tips, airport pickup arrangements, and local settlement services in certain destinations. We also connect students to existing student communities.
15. Do you help with post-study work opportunities?
Yes. We educate students on Post-Study Work Visas (e.g., UK’s Graduate Route, Canada’s PGWP, USA’s OPT) and provide advice on how to maximize career options after graduation.

Yes. We offer school transfer support in countries like Canada, UK, and USA. Whether you’re switching programs, schools, or provinces, we’ll guide you through the application and visa compliance process.
17. How do I track the progress of my application?
Once you register with StudyLine, you’ll be assigned a case officer who provides updates at every stage — from school application to visa submission. You can also request real-time status checks via email or WhatsApp.
18. Is StudyLine affiliated with the schools directly?
Yes. We have direct partnerships with many universities and colleges. This gives us access to insider information, faster application processing, and better guidance on scholarship opportunities.
19. How do I become a StudyLine partner or sub-agent?

20. What documents do I need to start the process?
Typical requirements include: Academic transcripts and certificates, International passport bio-data page, CV/Resume, Statement of Purpose, Proof of funds (bank statement/sponsorship letter), WAEC/NECO scratch card (for Nigerian applicants), IELTS or TOEFL (if applicable).
21. Do I need to pay proof of funds into a specific account?
No. You can use your own account or that of a parent/sponsor. What matters is that the funds are genuine, stable, and verifiable, and that the relationship to the sponsor is clearly explained.
22. How much is required for proof of funds?
This depends on the country and institution. For example: Canada: Minimum CAD $20,635 for living expenses, plus tuition; UK: £1,023–£1,334/month for 9 months, depending on your location; USA: Total tuition + $10,000–$15,000 in living costs.
23. Can StudyLine help with filling visa forms and writing SOPs?
Yes. We provide full visa form filling, document arrangement, SOP/LOE writing, and interview prep for countries that require it (Canada, UK, USA, etc.).
24. Do you host seminars or education fairs?
